How exciting all is right now

Its been sooooooooooo long since I wrote my last blog to you!
In that time I headed to India, land of the open hearted, and had my heart further opened for sure!

Spent time in Auroville (www.auroville.org) to carry out some research for a very exciting project I am now working on with a bunch of amazing people here in the UK.

Now I have some very exciting news...
I have just finished writing a little book... 'The 7 Steps to Perfect Love'
This little book will be available for free with High Spirit Magazine April issue. It will also be accompanied by a mini series exploring the 7 steps in more detail. You will be able to download it for free from my site here very shortly so
